What differentiates Vitae Complex® from other food supplements?

Is the product natural?

Yes. Our formulas are based on naturally derived active ingredients, rigorously standardized and controlled, without GMOs or controversial additives.

Is the product vegan / free of major allergens?

Our capsules are vegan . Vitae Complex® contains neither gluten nor lactose . In case of specific allergies, consult the ingredient list on the product information sheet.

Where is the product manufactured?

100% Swiss Made : formulation, production and controls carried out in Switzerland at certified sites.

Usage & Dosage

What is the recommended dosage?

1 capsule per day , preferably with a meal , with a large glass of water.

How long does it take to feel the effects?

Most users experience benefits within 2 to 3 weeks (energy, immunity, well-being). The effects develop gradually with daily use .

Can Vitae Complex® be taken continuously?

Yes. The formula is designed for daily and continuous use in order to maintain the benefits over time.

What if I forget to plug in a socket?

Take the missed capsule as soon as possible during the day. Do not double the dose the next day.

Can Vitae Complex® be combined with other supplements or medications?

Generally yes. As a precaution, if you are undergoing medical treatment , seek the advice of your healthcare professional.

Pregnant women/breastfeeding women, children, specific medical conditions?

As a precautionary measure, seek medical advice before use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, for those under 18 years of age , or in case of medical condition.

Effects & Safety

Are there any side effects?

The formula is natural, tested and safe according to Swiss pharmaceutical standards, and well-tolerated at recommended doses. If you experience any sensitivity, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.

Does the product contain stimulants (caffeine, etc.)?

No, no stimulants are added unless otherwise stated on the product information sheet.

Can it interact with medical treatments?

Certain plants/nutrients can interact with other molecules. Consult your doctor if you are taking any medication (anticoagulants, immunomodulators, etc.).

How do you ensure traceability?

Each batch has a traceability number linked to the raw materials (botanical origin/supplier batch) and the manufacturing stages. Control reports are archived.

Delivery & Returns

What are the shipping and delivery times?

Dispatched within 24–48 business hours from our European hub. Delivery times vary depending on the country and carrier selected at checkout.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order is shipped. Tracking information is available in your customer account and the confirmation email.

My parcel is late or damaged, what should I do?

Contact Customer Service with your order number and photos in case of damage. We will launch a carrier investigation and offer a solution (replacement or refund depending on the situation).

Can I return a product?

Yes, within 14 days of receipt, unopened and sealed . Contact us to receive the return label/instructions. The refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the product.

Do you ship internationally?


Yes, to most countries. Customs fees may apply outside the EU (at the customer's expense).

Order, payment & promo code

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and depending on the country: electronic wallet / split payment if offered at checkout.

Where do I enter my promo code?

At checkout , in the "Promo code / Gift card" field located in the order summary.

  1. Add your products to the cart.
  2. Click on Order .
  3. Enter the code in the designated field and then validate .

    The amount updates immediately if the code is valid (eligibility conditions and dates are visible in the offer).

The promo code isn't working, what should I do?

Check the spelling, expiry date , any minimum order amount , or product/country restrictions . If the problem persists, contact Customer Service with a screenshot.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

As long as the order hasn't been shipped, please write to us as soon as possible ; we will take care of it. After shipment, a return procedure will be offered.

Invoice & VAT

The invoice is sent by email after payment confirmation. Prices include VAT in the country of delivery where applicable.
